Educational Planning Survey

The Educational Planning Survey (EPS) was developed by the advising staff of University College at Arizona State University and CRESMET. The on-line format simplifies the exchange of pertinent information between advisors and students seeking help in formulating academic and career plans. Although the other testing, academic, and occupational resources in the Virtual Counseling Center may be sufficient to make satisfactory career decisions, the opportunity to discuss all of this information with a savvy advisor or counselor may be very beneficial.

The on-line ASU University College edition of the EPS requires an ASURITE identity and password. As you finish each section, your information is saved, enabling you to work on the EPS in more than one sitting. After you complete the EPS and log out, your advisor will be able to review your information prior to speaking with you. A generic version of the EPS which permits you to email the information to yourself and/or an advisor at another institution is under development.
