Internet Delivered Resiliance Training to Increase the Persistence of Women Ph.D. students in STEM Fields

The CareerBound Project has been funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF/REC #0634519) in an attempt to facilitate the persistence of women doctoral students in STEM fields. Bianca Bernstein, John J. Horan, and Mary Anderson Roland are the principal and co-principal investigators. Nancy Russo and Karin Ellison are senior scholars at Arizona State University who are also playing a leadership role in the design and evaluation of program materials.
